Syzygium Bonsai

The Syzygium Bonsai is an attractive and elegant bonsai, known for its glossy green foliage, compact growth and colourful new leaves, which can emerge with beautiful reddish or bronze tones before maturing to green. Where to Keep Your Syzygium

Syzygium bonsai prefer a bright, warm position indoors, ideally close to a window where they receive plenty of natural light. They enjoy warmth and humidity and should be protected from cold draughts, radiators and sudden temperature changes.

During the warmer summer months, your Syzygium can also be placed outdoors in a warm, sheltered position, but should be brought back inside before temperatures become too cold.

Pets

Similar to Ficus, we recommend discouraging pets from chewing or eating your Syzygium bonsai. Although small accidental amounts may not necessarily cause problems, eating plant material can potentially cause irritation or digestive upset, particularly if consumed in larger quantities. If you have a pet that likes to nibble plants, it's best to keep your bonsai safely out of reach.
