About Somerset Bonsai

At Somerset Bonsai Ltd, bonsai is more than just a business — it is something that has been part of our lives for many years. Holly, our co-founder, has been working with bonsai throughout her life, developing her knowledge and experience through years of hands-on care. After spending so much time working with and learning about bonsai, she decided it was time to turn that experience into a business of her own and create Somerset Bonsai.

Her aim is simple: to make beautiful,  healthy bonsai accessible to everyone, whether you're buying your very first tree or have been enjoying bonsai for years.

A family-run business 

Somerset Bonsai is very much a family-run business. Will, our other co-founder brings a different set of skills to the company. While Holly's passion lies in the trees themselves, Will particularly enjoys the technical and practical side of the business, helping everything behind the scenes run smoothly.

And, of course, no family business would be complete without Pogo, our dog and unofficial team mascot. Pogo is always nearby to supervise proceedings, keep everyone company and make sure regular breaks are taken. While his bonsai knowledge may still need a little work, his enthusiasm for being involved is second to none!

Together, Holly, Will and Pogo make up the team behind Somerset Bonsai — combining years of bonsai experience, technical know-how and a friendly, personal approach to create a business centred around quality, good service and a genuine love of bonsai. 🌿🐾
