Sageretia Fruits

Sageretia bonsai can produce tiny berry-like fruits after flowering. The fruits start green and gradually ripen to a deep blue or purple-black colour, adding an attractive splash of colour amongst the small green leaves. Fruiting can vary depending on the tree and growing conditions.

Where to Keep Your Sageretia Bonsai

Sageretia bonsai are best kept indoors in a bright, warm position, ideally close to a window with no more than a few hours direct sunlight, where they receive plenty of natural light. Keep them away from cold draughts, radiators and sudden temperature changes.
